E-Plas carries a substantial and varied range of Engineering and High Performance industrial Plastic materials and we understand the selection process can be extremely complex when choosing the right material for your project.
Due to their amorphous or semi-crystalline nature, plastics have very different properties to metals and as such require a very different approach when designing for a particular application.
Our experienced sales staff are able to advise on the most suitable material for your application and in some instances may suggest a number of different materials based on their particular individual performance.
E-Plas work hand in hand with our dedicated internationally renowned Suppliers to provide support and advice on complex project material requirements in many industries. Whether it is lining fleets of trailers to mining hoppers, nuclear medicine, orthotics, food industry elements or dock maintenance, we can assist you in making the choice that best suits for your specific needs.
We also provide a one stop shop for cut to size and fabricated plastic parts. You design, we deliver.
CUT TO SIZE
"Cut to Size" plastic is a standard machining service to our customers.
E-Plas will cut to size panels, strips or specialty shapes utilising either our standard Panel Saw or for repetitious quantities of strip, our computer operated Beam Saw.
Where more complex cut shapes are required, E-Plas also has CNC Router facilities available.
MANUFACTURING
E-Plas engineers are specialists in the field; highly trained machinists able to precision machine a variety of plastics each with its own unique properties.
Quoting is based on the most efficient method of manufacturing your component; Routering, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Profiling or Thicknessing.
Utilising state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology and CNC machinery, we can custom fabricate to your requirements.
BULK HANDLING
E-Plas has a wide range of lining materials that are specially modified to best suit their application.
The Tivar UHMW-PE range is comprised of many specially modified blends to provide the best result whether in mining and minerals, bulk handling applications, grain handling, parcel management and logistics, the Tivar range will fulfill your specific requirements.
We also have access to highly qualified advisers through our suppliers who can help you through your project requirements.
