First introduced through the acquisition of Parr Engineering to expand on our existing stock shape sales business, the E-Plas manufacturing division has developed into an integral part of the company taking us from primarily distribution of rod, sheet and tube products, to value added custom machined components.

Utilising state-of-the-art C.A.D / C.A.M (Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing) technology and C.N.C (Computer Numerically Controlled) machinery E-Plas is able to custom machine to your individual requirements.

Due to the elastic nature of many of these materials, special techniques are required to ensure that the materials are machined to the required dimension and tolerance.
Plastic machining has evolved into a specialist field requiring highly trained machinists able to precision machine a variety of plastics each with its own unique properties.
