Tivar® CleanStat®

Tivar® Clean Stat® is a specially formulated PE-UHMW that can cut downtime and fines build-up in a variety of applications. It eliminates static build-up problems and meets the stringent requirements of the European Food Regulation Directive 90/128/EEC and FDA 21CFR177.1520 and 21 CFR178.3297 for food contact.

Primarily for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries Tivar® CleanStat® exhibits longer wearing, lower coefficient of sliding friction surface than stainless steel. Other properties include:

• High wear resistance
• Long life span
• Good chemical and corrosion resistance
• Very good sound attenuation
• No moisture absorption

Fields of application: chute liners, hopper liners, vibratory feeder pans.
