This grafted polymer manufactured by General Electric under the trade name Noryl™ has excellent physical, chemical and electrical insulation properties, particularly as it is almost independent of frequency and temperature.

SUSTA-PPE is primarily it is used as a housing material in electrical appliances such as hair dryers, office equipment, cameras, projectors, instrument clusters and light housings.

SUST-PPE PolyPhenylene Ether or Poly Phenylene Oxide is characterised by the following properties:

Low water absorption
Good electrical properties
Good resistance to hydrolysis
