Sustarin® C - GF 25 (25 % Glass Filled)

With the inclusion of 25% glass fibres in SUSTARIN® C, this material now has higher stiffness, creep resistance and E-modulus although, notched impact strength is reduced.

Sustarin® C - GF 25 should be considered when choosing close tolerance parts that require greater stability and applications that require a material with improved creep behaviour at elevated temperatures.

Sustarin® C - GF 25 can be characterised by the following properties:

Very high stiffness
Excellent resistance to creep at elevated temperatures
Excellent dimensional stability
Exceptional fatigue resistance
Lower notched impact strength
