Sustamid® PA66 MO

SUSTAMID® PA66 MO contains a Molybdenum Disulphide additive which is evenly distributed through the material.

The result being a material having additional properties over standard virgin grade.

This grade can be characterised by the following properties:

• Higher stiffness
• Lower thermal expansion
• Enhanced sliding properties especially during "dry running"
• Better abrasion resistance
• better machineability
• Excellent wear resistance
• Higher dynamic load bearing capacity
• Lower elongation
• Slightly higher hardness

Fields of application: gears, pinions, rollers, bearings, sliding elements, sealing washers, bearing shells & valves.
