Sustamid® PA6 - GHI
SUSTAMID PA6 - GHI is a caprolactum, combined with an elastomer component creating a grade which is significantly more tenacious type compared to Sustamid PA6 G. SUSTAMID PA6 - GHI has a lower tensile strength and higher elongation, GHI is a more flexible grade. SUSTAMID PA6 - GHI is Red in colour. APPLICATIONS: Where a more favourable breakage behaviour under high deformation speeds is required. This type also has a lower modulus of elasticity and is not as hard as PA6 G. Parts subjected to high impact and shock loads, such as impact pads and especially high-speed gears where tooth deformation and rebound is desired. |
